Syntony Research and Consulting is led by Dr. Thomas Felke, a Ph.D. trained social worker with a background in administration, policy planning, and research.

 

For over two decades, Dr. Felke has provided research consulting services across several states including Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Florida. Regardless of the topic, the focus remains the same - to provide the best available data and analytics possible to provide for the efficient and effective use of resources for the strengthening of communities and their residents.
